Marco is the co-founder of Global Think Group, and a development economist and strategic communications expert. Marco’s strong analytical background in economics provides him with the ability to turn complex data into powerful narratives.

Marco co-founded Global Think Group after working as the Research Director for Oxford Business Group in Saudi Arabia. He led the research team to support the firm’s macroeconomic intelligence and consulting activities.

Before joining the Saudi office in 2016, he also led the firm’s research on some of the world’s most dynamic emerging markets, including Egypt and Mexico.

Marco’s extensive international experience also includes working at KPMG in Italy, the Italian Embassy in the Dominican Republic, and the Argentine Network for International Cooperation in Argentina.

Marco holds a BSc in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and an MSc in Development Economics with Distinction from SOAS, University of London. He is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, and has basic proficiency in French
