Sneha Kanakraj is the HR Manager at Global Think Group and has over nine years of experience across diverse industries and countries. 

Sneha has extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits and the designing and implementing of HR frameworks to support the overall business strategy and foster diverse, inclusive workplace cultures. 

Sneha grew up in Muscat, Oman and holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Business from Aston University, where she graduated with distinction. Prior to that, she completed her undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Nottingham.
